Paschal Eze
C. Paschal Eze is an Iowa USA-based certified training consultant and certified ecommerce consultant. A widely traveled author, public lecturer and former daily newspaper and monthly business magazine editor-in-chief, Eze is a senior training consultant with Reputation Training International which shows individuals and organizations how to establish, maintain, protect and promote their online reputation at a time in our information age when the question is no longer whether some people will post damaging texts, audio, videos and pictures about others online but where and how often they do so and what the victim will do about it.

Reputation Training International is the first to introduce comprehensive DIY (do-it-yourself) Reputation Management Training (in Internet-based self-study, individualized teleclass and face-to-face classroom formats) that equips individuals and organizations around the world with tested tools and techniques to properly establish, monitor, protect and promote their online reputation. Reputation Training International is also the first to introduce the Reputation Fellows Program which provides free online reputation management training to young people aged 18-25 who in turn provide free training to small nonprofit organizations in their communities, and the Certified Online Reputation Professional (CORP) program.

Instructions for Paper and Panel Submissions

Full papers

Full papers present mature information, innovative discussions or research results from related field. Papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be included in the Delight Heritage Lecture Series 2008 proceedings, which we anticipate will be published by DHG Press. Full papers should be 8-10 pages when formatted according to American Psychological Association (APA writing style) guidelines.  Papers must include an abstract and a list of keywords, and clearly indicate the corresponding author.

Panel proposals

Emphasizing an integrated approach to comparative or particular themes in education and development. The panel proposals should emphasize the rationale behind the panel, and list likely panel participants (plus bios). Panels should allow time for general discussion and questions/answers between the panelists and the audience, and fit within a 90 minute time slot. Panel topics likely to lead to lively discussion are preferred.

Posters

Describing work in progress and/or specific tools available without charge to the research community (i.e., no vendor posters should be submitted except by special arrangement with the conference organizers). Submissions must consist of a one-page abstract.  Posters will not be included in the proceedings except if the authors submit electronic pictures, they may be considered. Authors of selected posters will have an opportunity to briefly introduce their work during the conference meeting.

Exhibition for Vendors

Participants who have published books, inventions or related items who wish to exhibit them should contact the conference organizers. A charged fee of $50 applies per stand.

Double Submissions and Uniqueness:

Delight Heritage Lectures is intended to support discussion and publication of novel outcome of this conference and every presenter is entitled to a free copy. To meet this goal, submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere. Work submitted in parallel to any other conference or workshop with proceedings is explicitly excluded from participation. If the work has been submitted elsewhere in a venue that does not include proceedings, the extent of the replication and the nature of the other venue should be clearly indicated in a cover letter submitted along with the paper. Finally, plagiarism has no place in the scholarly community and the program committee reserves the right to notify employers and/or others of any confirmed cases of plagiarism.

For accepted Full Papers, Posters, and for the Panel papers, it is required that at least one of the authors attends the conference to present the paper. The presenting author must be registered by the date of the electronic or camera-ready submission. The deadline for full papers and panel papers are the same.

All submissions (papers & panel proposals) must be submitted electronically, following the instructions to be provided on the website. Papers must list all authors and their affiliations; in case of multiple authors, the contact author must be indicated (DHL does not support anonymous submissions).
