A widely traveled author, public lecturer and former daily newspaper and monthly business magazine editor-in-chief, Eze is a senior training consultant with Reputation Training International which shows individuals and organizations how to establish, maintain, protect and promote their online reputation at a time in our information age when the question is no longer whether some people will post damaging texts, audio, videos and pictures about others online but where and how often they do so and what the victim will do about it.

Reputation Training International is the first to introduce comprehensive DIY (do-it-yourself) Reputation Management Training (in Internet-based self-study, individualized teleclass and face-to-face classroom formats) that equips individuals and organizations around the world with tested tools and techniques to properly establish, monitor, protect and promote their online reputation. Reputation Training International is also the first to introduce the Reputation Fellows Program which provides free online reputation management training to young people aged 18-25 who in turn provide free training to small nonprofit organizations in their communities, and the Certified Online Reputation Professional (CORP) program.
