C. Paschal Eze is an Iowa USA-based certified training consultant and certified ecommerce consultant. A widely traveled author, public lecturer and former daily newspaper and monthly business magazine editor-in-chief, Eze is a senior training consultant with Reputation Training International which shows individuals and organizations how to establish, maintain, protect and promote their online reputation at a time in our information age when the question is no longer whether some people will post damaging texts, audio, videos and pictures about others online but where and how often they do so and what the victim will do about it.

Reputation Training International is the first to introduce comprehensive DIY (do-it-yourself) Reputation Management Training (in Internet-based self-study, individualized teleclass and face-to-face classroom formats) that equips individuals and organizations around the world with tested tools and techniques to properly establish, monitor, protect and promote their online reputation. Mid Term Reports on Education and Development by private and public establishments, local and international NGOs in Banjul are expected to form the basis for the weekend conference.


This conference brings together top local, national and international educators, researchers, stakeholders, and donor agency representatives from around the world for information exchange and collaboration in education and development efforts in The Gambia – a small West African tourism nation.
